Hello,
I would like to get out of my fitness comfort zone. I usually do cardio (running and walking) to stay fit but I want to try something different like pole dancing, tennis, Pilates, boxing, yoga, swimming, etc. I wanted to see if anyone has tried the above activities (or if they do something else) and what it’s like for them (like is it a place you feel safe and comfortable with)?
