Why do white people feel so confident telling people what racism is??

I actually find it so hilarious… but perplexing. They know if you want medical advice you’d go to a medical expert. You want someone to build a home you contact a builder… but when it comes to racism.. they feel so comfortable dictating what it is and what it isn’t.
How do you not look at those who experience it on a regular basis to dictate what it is?
