I know blackjack deviations help gain a bigger edge over the house. With that being said... does doing deviations vs not doing them make up for the lack of time you might have at the casino because you are doing them?
To make it simple. Say without deviations you are able to get in 16 hours at a casino, then get backed off. You make ___ EV
Say with deviations you only get 5 hours at casino but you get backed off a lot quicker due to deviations. You make ___ EV.
Is it worth it to get backed off for deviations?
I'm afraid of getting backed off twice so early on in my AP BJ Career.
