University doesn't let us port forward and we're trying to set up a Murmur server. Is there a way to use a port that's already forwarded by the University to get past this?

Not my area of expertise (more of a wireless sec guy), but I thought that there might be a way to spoof the port or something like that. Any help would be appreciated.
