Type 4 hair

I don’t feel like type 4 hair is as hard to maintain as many girls make it seem. I think the problem comes from: 1) trying to make your hair be something it’s not, and 2) not taking the time to learn what works best for your hair. Yes, learning how to take care of type 4 hair requires time and patience, but it’s not impossible and definitely not as difficult as people make it seem. It really pains me to see so many Black women act like their natural hair is a burden. 🫤
