Launcher stuck in loop

I bought the game, downloaded it, and created an account on the website. Now when I try to login to the launcher, I put my E-mail address and password and click "Log in" and the launcher gets dark with a white loading symbol for about 2 seconds. Then, it goes right back to the same screen, wanting me to login. Is there any way to fix this?
