Remove Downgrade on Red PvE Death

TBH this is such a rare case that this even happens, but I feel the game should encourage more players to go red. The downgrade is peoples biggest fear. If players were able to go red on there grind spots, tear any exp they lose, and not have to worry about downgrading there gear they would be able to hold there spots, and also have to defend there spots from anyone who wants to engage them because they are red. Would add a lot more open world PvP.
