Has anyone got the full lung piece to drop at thornwood??

I've done hours there and the only thing that drops less than the ominous ring, has gotta be the lung. And the black Leafs aren't any better. Iv got about 30...Starting to debate if should go do ash forest, but I don't know if it's worth it cuz I might be undergeared for it. 281AP/371DP awk ranger (no blackstars)
