I've had a Q10 through Bell for about 12 days from work. Its the only one that we have and I only get it for a few weeks to learn the new OS. I am responsible for supporting all of our blackberries and their users but don't actually have one myself on a regular basis, go figure.
I plugged it in this morning when I got up and left it for a few hours. I just grabbed it a few minutes ago and it's stuck in a boot loop.
When I turn it on I see the blackberry logo, the purple blackberry logo appears and hits 100% and then the phone reboots.
I've pulled the battery for 10 minutes or so and tried it plugged into the computer. Is there anything else I can try or do I have to wait until after the weekend and contact the carrier?
