so i listened to black lake for the first time today during class and i literally almost cried.
i was going through björk’s songs because i had only listened to a few before then, and i wanted to dig a little deeper into her art. a couple minutes later, black lake comes on. at first, i’m taken aback by how long the song is (10 MINUTES 💀) so i was like “oh, i’m probably gonna get bored of it”
i swear she isn’t boring at all, i just have the attention span of a 2 year old 🪦
but i listened all the way through. the song is absolutely stunning and i listened to it again after. something about it really just pulled me in. and the album cover for the album it’s on is also really nice
that’s it, lmao
