So I’ve been training for around a year and half as a white belt and I started to compete. Yesterday may 1st was my first division gi competition and I won my first match but I lost my other ones because I couldn’t catch my breathe I couldn’t stop shaking and I admit it the pressure got to me. I couldn’t get rid of my nerves everything I knew and instinct was lost till I left the location. I’m competing in no gi today and I’m scared that I’m gonna fall under the pressure again. Any advice ? Update I lost again both matches but I felt a lot better and didn’t freeze. Thank you guys
