Submission Hunting vs. Good Training Partner

I find that when I tap someone one of two things happen: they don’t usually want to roll again or they come back harder and harder. The second one I don’t mind that much; however, it would be nice to just keep a pace.

Now, when someone is winning they’ll train whenever. Same with letting people work through shit by being extremely passive.

How do you deal with the first part? We have a bunch of newly promoted blues (couple months old) which I’m apart of, and it seems to be isolated in that group.
