Picking out my first GI

It's time I buy my first GI, I found out the size I need is A2L (which is plenty restricting) and money is not too much of a problem. The main problem is that most GIs I find are kinda obnoxious and I don't want to put a target on my back. I want to ask your opinion on a white belt walking around clueless with a big "jiu jitsu kills" stiched on his back (see the Manto "kills" GI) and general discussion on GI colors!
