Today was a good day. I'm a Gracie Barra student and only have had a couple of lessons so far. Today they had a family class and a GB1 class. I attended both with my son.
My best friend is a GU student and teacher and he invited me over for a roll. I had trained for about a year 13 years ago. I went and rolled with him and realized I had not for got as much as I thought. I still got owned, but in a good way. I learned a lot.
Moral of this story? Have a fun and train. Learning is fun and everytime you lose you learn.
