Ambidexterity in BJJ?
Post Body

I've been training a little over 3 months now, and I was wondering about training with a preference for a specific side. I thought about this as we were drilling armbars upon noticing that executing it on the training partner's left arm feels way more natural than on the right.

Is it beneficial at this point in my BJJ journey to learn techniques on both sides? Should I stick to whatever side I feel most comfortable on? Or is the answer somewhere in between the two? What are everyone's thoughts and how do you train in regards to this?

Thanks for helping a white belt out!
