I just had Panic attack/Heat Exhaustion
Post Body

I was training pretty hard, lots of people in room, one too many tough fights with big blue belts, windows pretty much closed, I felt sick and had sort of panic attack/heat exhaustion not sure, had to go outside half dressed to catch a breath, sweating like crazy, tried to calm down, kind of felt like I was dying, felt pretty bad. Made it out of class barely, chilled out in park, came home Drank cold water, stood next to fan at home for 1 hour, got a smoothie, feel better still feeling shitty, but seriously felt messed up. Anyone experience this? You think it can get ill from too much heat, or just all in my head? Also any tips for this not happening again?
