AC joint Injury.
Post Body

So basicly had a 1-2 AC joint Separation. Took 3 Weeks off felt literally perfect. Had worked out and rehabed the week before, felt perfect. The third week did a gym workout offcourse light felt perfect. Then decided to train bjj. Did specific training, and light rolls. Then decided to rolls the next day all perfect! Then today I rolled and my shoulder is bothering me now. Should I take more time off? Should I be worried? Or will I always have some form of pain? What would you guys do? I was feeling perfect before and hate not training...
