Was doing weights, and did front squat and I think the bar bumped my shoulder griddle to hard. I didn't really feel any pain, and still only feel mild pain, I even completed my whole workout, but I have bump on my left shoulder. Looked up I have a type 2 AC injury hard bump on left clavicle. But everyone is saying how much pain they feel etc. I don't feel to much at all, just mild pain and the bump. I can't go to the doctor because I am not in the USA but in AUstralia traveling don't have insurance. Should I be worried? I am going to rest a week and see if it gets better. But really want to continue training bjj. I need it to feel good in life =).
