I’m currently on the hunt for a high-quality instructional video that covers leg rides in Jiu-Jitsu. I’m looking for something that goes into detail about control, positioning, transitions, and potentially integrating leg rides into guard passing or submission setups.
If you’ve come across any instructionals that really helped you master the leg ride position, I’d love to hear your recommendations. Bonus points if the video breaks down concepts clearly and is easy to follow, regardless of whether it’s focused on Gi or No-Gi.
Thanks in advance for your help!
