Edit: Just wanna say thank you to everyone that’s commented (I’m also aware that BJJ isn’t a “proper” solution to any mental health issues, and it isn’t the only thing I do to help me). I also wasn’t expecting so many dm’s from people that are also going through stuff, and I still encourage more of you to reach out if you need anything. Always happy to talk.
