Trying to dial in my pre jiu jitsu class food cause if I go without eating I feel super flat but I also have stomach issues so try to keep it light and easily digestible. Right now I eat 2 hours before training and then have some fruit an hour before just to give some energy and have something in my stomach but for morning classes I basically go fasted which sucks. Wondering what other people do cause previous posts mention people just training fasted but that doesnt work for my body.
If itβs after work I will have a protein shake and maybe a peanut butter sandwich. On the weekends class is at 11 so I will eat breakfast a few hours before
