For the past few months I have been really impressed with submeta and how it lays technique out in a very organized and straightforward way but it doesn’t have a highstep course aside from a few vids from Nick Ryan. Does anyone have a favorite YouTube video or something that summarizes the concepts in less than an hour? I’m sure the Gordon 2.0 dvd is the best but I don’t think I have the patience lately. I just want the basics of the technique.
Any help is appreciated and no disrespect to ppl who put out full instructionals for this content.
