Need resources for slowing down bigger faster opponents and tactics to win scrambles against these people.

Post Body

I have great success when I can create pause in my opponents and make the grappling exchange more of a game/thinking exercise. Recently though I experienced fast and aggressive pressure passing from a bigger stronger opponent and I quickly found it difficult to pace and get my game going. I am looking for resources on techniques and but more concepts when dealing with bigger faster opponents and how to pace when you get into scramble situations or if I should be avoiding scrambles altogether. Any resources or advice will be appreciated.
