My calves cramp up ALL THE TIME!
Post Body

Am I doing something wrong?

So I drink close to a hall of of water a day and Iā€™m pretty active, on a push, pull, legs split 6 days a week, training bjj and Muay Thai 2-4 days a week.

We were working on triangle from modified mount and every time Iā€™d slip my legs into place and begin tightening up, my calf would just tense with the strength of a gorilla grip lol. Any tips to prevent or help?

I do stretch all of my legs and calves before and after practice fyi.

Comments

Eat a banana or some cinnamon toast before training or an electrolyte beverage had this same issue with my calves and feet for a while
