So, following up on my previous post here https://www.reddit.com/r/bisexualadults/comments/kptx2z/subtle_ways_of_showing_you_are_bi/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x&context=3
I have ordered a subtle but unmistakably bi lanyard to wear at work. It arrives tomorrow so I can wear it on Monday
Now I find I need encouragement to wear it ! While rationally I realise no-one but me cares but I am a senior manager in our organisation and I suddenly realised that although most people won't know what it means, some will
Yes, I am contradicting my previous post requesting ways of showing off my bisexuality but I need your encouragement folks to dive in and wear it. "To hell with what others think" is easy for me to say but all of a sudden I need to step up to the plate....
What happens in private is fine but strangely this suddenly seems like a big step for me. A step I am really keen to take though
Would appreciate all helpful thoughts
Sheesh - who would have thought a simple lanyard could cause so much angst. No-one looks at them anyway!
