A while back, my therapist asked me, explain my sexual preferences. I struggled to find the words so he said that I could draw a picture or diagram if that would help. I thought long and hard about it and came back with to him with this diagram.
I'm a chronic over thinker, so I'm sure he expected something fairly detailed but I don’t think he was expecting anything this complex but it ended up being a great tool that sparked a lot of good conversations. I figured I'd share it here. Maybe it can be of value for someone else.
