I know y'all are out there; I'm just feeling a little isolated/invisible today.
I'm bi, but I didn't fully acknowledge it until about a year ago. I was a late bloomer romantically and I've been with my husband since I started dating. I haven't dated women, but I also haven't dated any other men. Since unpacking my feelings for women, I feel no need to "act on it" or test my bisexuality. I know I am bisexual and it's been awesome getting to know that side of myself.
My husband is wonderful and validating and even helped me realize I was attracted to women in the first place. We talk about women together and he gets adorably excited for me when I confess to my crushes or gush over bicons. He'd be fine if I wanted to explore, but monogamy is just more my jam.
Any other folks who can relate? I'm not out to many people because it would cause problems with family and it's not like I'm ever going to bring home a girlfriend. With Pride Month, though, I'm feeling a bit left out as a semi-closeted, straight-passing, bi woman.
