Pride Concerns

I have been here for a while, and i know i rarely post but, one thing i see a lot of is Bi people not being welcomed at pride events. Like, I've thought about going to pride but I always find myself not wanting to go because i hear all this stuff about how unwelcome bi folk can feel when they go. Am i overthinking this? Or are my concerns well founded?
