As part of my coming out journey it has been important to me to find a group where I can relate my experience of being bisexual and connect with others around bisexuality. I just joined BiAF and we're going to have eight two-hour group therapy sessions over Zoom. I'm excited and nervous and I'm looking forward to getting used to discussing my sexuality openly and in a face-to-face (albeit online) group setting. I feel like this is a huge step forward. I feel like being a part of a queer community will do wonders for me.
My wife is supportive (she is bi herself) and feels I will benefit for all the same reasons I shared.
