Struggling to open up

I opened up to my wife about being bi and she was supportive. It was fantastic!
Now I am struggling to actually talk about it. I still keep everything bottled up and it is starting to bother me . My wife does her best to help, but this is something I don't believe she can help with.
Did anyone ever find it hard to actually talk about it?
Apologies for the ramble. It has been a struggle lately.
