I know this probably gets posted all the time but how did you know you were bi/pan/queer. I’m just feeling so confused and it’s really making me feel depressed and like shit. I’ve had sexual thoughts about men and I guess I didn’t know how to approach it, I started watching vids and speaking to guys off Reddit to get off. I feel so much shame after having these thoughts like I shouldn’t be having them or that I’m faking them if that makes sense.

I don’t know I questioned things when I was younger but I didn’t really date so nothing came of it. Now I’m older I’m having these thoughts but then the thought of actually being physically intimate terrifies me
