I’ve never dated a woman before and I have 2 kids at 28. How much of a challenge will it be to find someone? Are most bi/queer woman against dating woman w/ kids?

Post Body

I’ve always wanted to date a girl but never knew how to go about it. I’ve only hooked up and had Casual fwbs with women but never a serious relationship.

I told my friend about this and she said “well it’s because you have 2 kids. Most lesbians/bi ‘s are childfree by choice so it’s going to be a lot harder than dating just guys.”

Is this true? Should I keep this in mind moving forward? I made a dating profile on okcupid and hinge and it says right on the top of it that I have kids but are looking for something serious, because I am.

I just wanna know so I don’t keep my expectations high or anything. My kids are 2 and 8.
