I know, I know, it's not something most people care too much about or overthink when uploading or classifying on porn sites, but having a whole separate sub-site and sometimes a different DOMAIN for MLM content while WLW is always being blended with straight tags to me just reinforces the good old bigoted idea anything women sexuality related is based around straight men's interests, and anything they're repulsed by should be eradicated from his sight, even if they can just not click. At the very least, rename it to, idk, "2 Girls" without actually taking such a label away and shoving it in a threesome scene with a man. 😤
You'd think with increasing self-reports of women watching porn and with some new waves and awareness of labels and identities, at least the biggest sites would start adjusting but I'm probably a clown for even thinking that's how the world works
Mainstream porn sites always assume the person watching is male. :/ Therefore, solo male content is classified as "gay" and solo female content is classified as "straight", and so on.
Say what you want about furries, but e621 doesn't assume stuff like that! Things are tagged with what the picture is about, no assumptions about the viewer's gender or orientation.
