Forgive me. Lately I've been fantasizing I'm back in college and I have a roommate I have a secret sexual relationship with. Kind of trying to put these thoughts into a certain perspective.

I'm curious to know how many of you had your first homosexual experience with your college roommate, or just roommate in general. Were you open to the idea beforehand? Were you against the idea beforehand? How did it happen? Was there alcohol involved? What did you do? Was it fun? Did you do it again? Did it cause tension or awkwardness with your roommate, or did it perhaps make things smoother or make you closer? Do you have any regrets? Do you recommend this? Do you recommend against this?

I realize there are arguments against intimate relationships with people you work or live with like that. If that relationship goes wrong the other relationship suffers to the point one of you might have to go away, for example.

On the other hand, you're RIGHT THERE! Especially if it's just experimental and it's just sex, things would probably not get that emotionally entangled and it would be mostly fun, a situation you could pretty much walk away from.

I'm not looking for advice per se. I'm a few decades past this, though I might write a journal entry about this. Again, I'm looking for some sort of perspective.
