So I am on the mini pill (norethindrone .35), I take it religiously at 3 pm on the dot every single day. Well, yesterday I was out and had an emergency and couldn’t get back in time and didn’t take it til 7 pm.

I have a trip sched for this Friday with my boyfriend. Today is Tuesday. It says on the pack of a dose is late to use other contraceptives for 48 hours as you still take your bc at the regular time you usually do.

Do y’all think I will be protected by Friday? I also want to mention that I am starting my ovulation window today and does that effect that I was 4 hours late taking it yesterday?
