Best NATURAL birth control methods ?

A little background information; I'm 25 been on different methods since I was 15. I have now been on Nexaplon (arm implant) since 2017. After talking to my OBGYN and checking out Google, Nexaplon is the casue for ALOT of hormonal issues I'm having. My girls told me about the temperature method and natural awareness but I'd love to get yalls opinion on what worked. If worse comes to worst, I'll get on pills at least that had both estrogen and progesterone.
