Does anyone use Phexxi in place of spermicide with a diaphragm? I can't find any clear information about whether it is used IN PLACE of spermicide, Phexxi only says that it is 'compatible' with a diaphragm (but no info on the specifics I'm asking about). I contacted Phexxi about it and, weirdly, they just referred me to a side effect tracking hotline.

I'm planning a switch off of hormonal birth control after about 10 years and trying literally every option, and also the copper iud. I have a trial of Phexxi, and am hoping to use a diphragm later on. I'll of course ask my doctor before going for it, just trying to save myself doctors visits in the meantime while in the information gathering phase.
