I had mirena for 5 years. Had one period then didn't for the remainder of the implant. December 2019 I got the kyleena implant and also went on progesterone to make up for the smaller dose of the hormone that kyleena emits vs mirena. (I didn't keep mirena because they couldn't get it in) It's been a year on kyleena and no periods. Then randomly I just got such a heavy period after basically not having them the past 6 years. What does this mean? I can't find any information online. It's all just information from th drug companies. It's so weird.
