Advice Needed to Calm Down.

So I (23F), probably know everything is okay. But I want to just double check. So I have been on Lutera for a couple years (21 day combo pill). This month I took my first pill of my 21, about 7 hours late. And the same day I had unprotected sex. I have been taking the rest of the pills exactly on time. Is there ANY chance, that taking that one pill late could of made me unprotected? I might just be overreacting but I want to make sure.
