I'm wondering how people are feeling about their experience with Nexplanon/ birth control implant (arm)? I had an iud for years however my experienxe with insertion and removal was terrible and super traumatic and I can't go through that again. I have since tried 3 different bc pills which have all made me gain weight whixh is not something I want. I have since stopped birth control and have been off it for about 3 years. I'm looking to begin again as my periods and cramps are atrocious. I am too over weight for the patch to be sufficiently affective. I have heard good things about nexplanon, but I'm looking to hear from some of y'all who are obit or were at some point.
