I highly reccomend the nuvaring! All other methods have been so horrible for me but I’m almost a month into it now and I love it so much. My period is gone and I have pretty much no symptoms.

Yes because I had never learned about it properly and now that I know, I highly reccomend looking into it and seeing if it might be a right option. I’m not telling everyone to go do it lol I’m just hoping more people will learn about it as an option because it was never taught to me and I’ve used bc for over 10 years on and off
