Iud issues?

I have had my iud since 2021 with random spotting here and there that doesn’t last more than a day after sex. I had sex Sunday and it’s Tuesday night and I’m still having spotting and cramping? I think I can feel my strings still, I have short fingers and fake nails, so I don’t think it’s misplaced.
