Got my mirena iud removed 3.5 months ago. What is happening to me!? Period won't stop. Help.

Normal periods for first 2 months.
Then a full period 2 weeks later at 2.5 months.
Again a full period at 3 months
Now a period for the last 14 days straight. Ending at 3.5 months.
New blood. Wtf is happening to me? What ate my hormones doing? Please link articles a day studies if allowed.
