i’m just reading about this now, but i’ve been on MYA (YAZ- generic) for about a week and reading about the high potassium in the pills- and half my diet is potassium rich foods?! i can’t even check to see how much potassium is in the pills to begin with.
i am wondering if anyone else has been on any other drospirenone pill that has any advice.
do i just keep drinking water to keep my potassium levels low? is there a way to keep them at a plateau?
ps: i know that these pills themselves are not vegan- but honestly, my health (possible pcos/endo- i had bad cramps and a weird period for months) comes first.
