I never had these side effects from my mini pill before, however I just started a new one less than 3 weeks ago. Last night for the first time I had some very weird dreams and I was feeling very hot throughout the night even though the heating was off and I was only wearing a t-shirt (it's winter here).

In the beginning if felt like sleep paralysis I was having vivid auditory and sensory hallucinations, could hear my flatmates voice even if he wasn't home. I felt my cat climb on me and when I managed to move he wasn't there. I was terrified.

Finally I managed to fall asleep properly but i still had a few weird dreams that I remembered in the morning. My boobs have also been feeling heavy and a bit sore lately.

Has anyone had these side effects with mini pill? When I started this one I was ready to have the usual irregular long bleeds and mood swings, had none of that yet thank god. But I was not ready for the dreams 😵.
