Struggling with depression and going to work/productivity
Post Body

I’m a GM of a company, so I wear many hats and work long hours. I really do enjoy my job (it has its pros and cons like any job) but lately I’ve been struggling with WANTING to go to work, and getting my work done when I’m there. I’ve been late for early shifts the last few weeks, and I feel like depression has been creeping in. I’m dreading going to work and being productive, but I can’t figure out why.

What do you guys do when you’re struggling to find motivation to work or get things done? What helps you get through a busy day when all you want to do is be curled up in bed sleeping?
