10 days on Seroquel: I can't do this anymore

I'm thinking of stopping the meds. I feel like I'm getting worse and I don't think it's doing me any good. I feel like I'm dissociating 24/7. I just had another panic attack because I felt so disconnected. My psychiatrist suggests I take Seroquel XR but I don't have the money for it.

Will stopping Seroquel cold turkey after 10 days make me experience any withdrawal effects? I stopped Lexapro 10 days ago and idk if I'm experiencing the withdrawal symptoms of the lexapro or the side effects of the Seroquel (check my previous post on my experience with Seroquel).
