So like the title says Iām a 30 yr old (M) Who got his diagnosis a couple of days ago, Prescribed on hydroxyzine pamoate 25 mg x 3 a day and buspirone hcl 10 mg x 2 daily. Just confused on even where to start or what to do or say anymore
