Just came out of a 9 day depression

It was a mild episode and I knew it was going to happen. You can tell how long because look at the dates, times, and sizes of my lists from the 9th-19th. Indicators are sometimes not where or how you expect. This one was relatively mild and short. I'm grateful and am hoping nothing begins to ramp into hypo mania for a few months.
