How to deal with overwhelming sad feelings ?

I feel stuck in them and like Im gonna throw up and nothing will ever be okay anymore with this feeling and Idk how to deal with intensity of a sad and stressful feeling i feel doomed and stuck pls send advice on how to get out of this intensity
